How To Remove Eye bags (Natural Ways)

Having droppy and puffy eyes? That is actually one of the sign telling you not getting enough sleep and rest. But aging can also be one of the reason why you have eye bags. Is it permanent? Of course not. You can always lighten or eliminate it using a very simple and easy way that you can always do at home.

1. Tea Bags. Do not throw away the tea bags after you're done drinking that warm tea. It can be use to freshen up your skin especially on the eye area. It is best if you could put the tea bag in the refrigerator for a few minutes before place it under your eyes. You will be surprise to see the swelling been reduced just by using this simple items.

2. Chilled Spoon. You will see there are many people sharing this beauty hacks for reducing eye bags only using a chilled stainless steel spoon. Again, put it in the refrigerator, then place it over your eyes. Do this a few times, and you will see the improvement. The chillness helps to constrict the blood vessels under the eyes and reduce the puffiness.

3. Cucumber. Haaa! This is actually one of the famous method used to overcome this problem. Cut a few slices of cucumber and place it on your eye area for a few minutes. Cucumber is very effective in soothe and refresh your eyes, and also in reducing your eye bags.

4. Milk. First, make sure the milk is cold as possible, dip a cotton pad inside the milk, wring out the excess milk, then place the cotton pad on your eye area for 20-30 minutes. Don't forget to rinse with water. Repeat the process to see the result.

5. Ice. If you don't have any of the things mentioned above, you can always use ice instead. The easiest thing to find, just open your mom's refrigerator and wallah! Wrap the ice with cloth, and place it on your eye area. Leave for a few minutes.

Apart from all the remedies above, you can always do other things to reduce or remove the eye bags. Change your lifestyle is one of the most important thing in order to improve your appearance.

  • Drink plenty of plain water.
  • Get enough sleep / rest.
  • Sleep early. Avoid stay up late at night.
  • Eat a healthy food, and exercise regularly.
