Chriszen Moist Cake (2 in 1 Foundation)

Assalamualaikum wbt


Alhamdulillah minggu lepas sy berjumpa dengan founder Chriszen dan dapat lagi gift. Sebenarnya sy dapat 4 jenis product tapi untuk buat review, sy akan bahagikan entry dan buat review satu persatu so senang bagi korang nak baca dan faham tentang product ni. Nantikan entry-entry sy yang lain di mana sy akan buat review kesemua product daripada Chriszen ni k. Semua product yang diorang jual best-best! Korang takkan menyesal lah! ^_^

Untuk product yang pertama ni sy nak buat review tentang Chriszen Moist Cake. Ini bukan cake untuk dimakan tu yer. Ini sebenarnya foundation untuk muka yang korang apply sebelum pakai face powder (bedak muka). Tapi Chriszen Moist Cake ni bukan macam foundation biasa tau. 2 in 1 foundation. Kenapa? Sebab sambil korang pakai foundation tu, dia sebenarnya dapat membantu memulihkan kondisi muka korang.

Seperti yang sy cakap tadi, foundation ni ada banyak kelebihan. Mesti korang tertanya-tanya kan kenapa foundation ni mempunyai 2 warna. Ok yang warna coklet tu adalah foundation. Bila beli Chriszen Moist Cake ni, korang kena ikut dan pilih warna coklet tu dengan betul mengikut kesesuaian warna kulit korang, sebab foundation ni ada 3 jenis warna. Dan warna putih tu pulak adalah L-Glutathione dimana ia dapat membantu memutihkan dan memperbaiki kondisi muka korang. Bagi sesetengah orang, mereka suka mix foundation dengan product skincare lain sebelum sapu ke seluruh muka. Tapi selepas beli foundation Chriszen Moist Cake ni, korang tak perlu lagi buat macam tu k sebab dia memang dah sedia mix dengan L-Glutathione. So sangat memudahkan korang lah.

02-Untuk berkulit cerah (malay skintone)
03-Untuk berkulit gelap

Foundation ni jenis krim. Korang kena apply kat muka menggunakan sponge dan jangan apply guna jari dikuatiri tidak bersih. Disebabkan foundation ni jenis krim, korang kena sapu betul-betul sehingga rata untuk elakkan bertompok dan tebal. Kalau tak rata nanti muka korang rasa tebal sangat-sangat dan mula lah rasa tak selesa. So pastikan sapu rata k.

Untuk pengetahuan korang, Chriszen Moist Cake ni mempunyai SPF 50! Haaa sebenarnya kalau SPF lagi tinggi lagi bagus sebab dia dapat membantu melindungi kulit kita daripada cahaya matahari. So takde lah muka merah dan terbakar kena matahari. So SPF 50 ni dah kira ok lah ni. Btw, gambar bawah ni sy nak tunjuk muka sy sebelum dan selepas guna Chriszen foundation.


My God! Ok abaikan muka tak berapa nak lawa sebelah kiri tu yer ^_^



Seperti yang korang nampak gambar kat atas, gambar 'sebelum' tu korang boleh tengok sendiri sebenarnya warna kulit sy tak sekata terutama kawasan mata, mulut dan hidung disebabkan kurang tidur dan kurang minum air putih. (student, assignment banyak -_-) Tapi selepas guna Chriszen Moist Cake ni alhamdulillah dia dapat membantu menghaluskan dan sekatakan warna kulit sy. sekurang-kurangnya takde lah nampak macam zombie keluar rumah, kan?

Kalau korang mempunyai masalah kulit seperti jerawat, parut, tompok hitam, eyebag dan sebagainya, jangan risau lah sebab foundation ni confirm dapat cover semua tu. Bila keluar rumah pun korang takde lah segan sangat kan. Eh eh product ni juga boleh dipakai oleh mereka yang mempunyai kulit sensetif k. Jangan risau :)

Alhamdulillah masih berpeluang untuk update blog. Sejak kebelakangan ni sy kerap buat entry pasal review product, kan? Dah lama sy tak buat tips kecantikan dan tutorial makeup. Tapi takpe insyaAllah kalau ada masa nanti sy akan cuba update bahagian tu pulak, k? So yes and again, entry for today is still about a product review. Product daripada Chriszen. Seperti yang sy maklumkan dalam entry sebelum ni, sy telah terima 4 jenis product daripada Chriszen. Setakat ni sy dah buat review tentang Chriszen Moist Cake foundation (KLIK SINI), so hari ni nak buat review tentang Chriszen Luxury 24 Gold Ampoule. Tengok gambar bawah:

So basically 24k Gold Ampoule ni dipakai bertujuan untuk mencerahkan dan melembutkan kulit korang sebelum memakai sebarang makeup. Kenapa perlu pakai sebelum makeup? Ok perasan tak kadang-kadang bila nak apply foundation / bedak kat muka, lepas apply tu kulit muka nampak kasar dan bertompok? Ini sebenarnya disebabkan kulit korang kering sehingga korang sendiri pun tak dapat nak sapu rata foundation tu. Ok cara mengatasi masalah kulit kering ni adalah dengan minum air yang mencukupi. Tapi tak semua orang mengamalkan cara ni sebab mengambil masa yang lama nak pulihkan kulit kita tu. Tambahan sekarang puasa so badan memang tak cukup air. So apa yang kita perlu buat untuk elak kulit muka mengelupas sebelum makeup adalah dengan menyapu moisturizer pada muka. Chriszen 24k Gold Ampoule ni sangat sesuai untuk mengatasi masalah tu.

Kenapa sy suggest 24k gold Ampoule ni sebab texture dia tak melekit dan tak berminyak macam sesetengah product moisturizer lain. Korang pun mungkin tidak akan percaya product ni untuk moisturizer sebab texture dia langsung tak berminyak which is good!

Korang boleh nampak sendiri muka sebelum makeup tu macam kusam, dan letih. Student, biasalah. Assignment banyak gedabak sampai diri sendiri tak terurus. Tapi tiap-tiap hari pegi kolej muka still nampak segar walaupun sebenarnya tak cukup rehat. Classmate selalu tanya apa rahsia sy jaga kulit sebab nampak halus dan lembut. Tapi diorang tak tau kulit sy sebenarnya kering so thanks to 24k Gold Ampoule (ni rahsia kita bersama jangan bagitau classmate I) heeee kidding.

Chriszen Teardrop NBR Sponge

Sebelum ni sy ada buat review tentang cream foundation daripada Chriszen (KLIK SINI) dan ada yang tanya sy, macam mana nak apply foundation tu. Guna jari ke, guna berus ke, guna span ke? Ok sebenarnya untuk cream foundation, sy lebih prefer apply guna sponge. Mana nak cari? Jangan risau, Chriszen sendiri ada menjual span untuk memudahkan korang sapu foundation yang mereka jual tu.



Bentuk Teardrop (air mata) yang sangat comel!


Ok mungkin korang tertanya-tanya kenapa bentuk span ni pelik? Sebenarnya bentuk dia ni sangat memudahkan korang apply foundation seluruh muka tau. Contohnya tengah-tengah span yang melengkung tu memudahkan korang pegang (easy grip design), dan bentuk atas yang tajam tu memudahkan korang apply foundation di tempat-tempat yang susah nak capai seperti bawah mata, celah tepi hidung, dan kawasan tepi bibir. Last sekali bahagian bawah dia yang bulat memudahkan korang apply kawasan seperti dahi, pipi, dan leher.

Antara product yang boleh disapu menggunakan Chriszen Teardrop Sponge:

Apa yang sy perasan, foundation yang dipakai dapat disapu rata ke seluruh muka. Span ni juga dapat bantu mengelak muka bertompok disebabkan foundation atau bedak yang tidak rata. Alhamdulillah muka nampak licin je dan lebih mudah dan cepat berbanding sapu guna jari (sebelum ni sy prefer sapu liquid foundation guna jari berbanding berus).

FYI, sy memang suka pakai eyeliner. Wajib pakai bila keluar rumah sebab mata sy jenis sepet so kalau tak pakai eyeliner memang nampak extra sepet tau! Tapi sy lebih prefer liquid eyeliner, laju je pakai. Sy tak minat gel eyeliner sebab susah nak jumpa yang betul-betul waterproof dan tak cair. Mostly gel eyeliner yang sy beli semua menghampakan sebab bila pakai tu kononlah it claimed waterproof and smudgeproof tapi tiba-tiba ada garisan hitam atas kelopak mata. pffftt!

So bila dapat eyeliner ni daripada Chriszen, sy tak harapkan sangat lah eyeliner ni betul-betul waterproof. 'same je kot macam gel eyeliner lain. cair jugak', dalam hati. But hey, lepas cuba pakai kat mata tu I was in shock tau! Memang waterproof and smudgeproof! Tak caya? Tengok gambar bawah:



Nampak tak? Sy cuba gosok guna jari dan air, eyeliner tu masih lekat lagi. Tapi ada jugak orang takut nak beli eyeliner ni, waterproof so susah nak solat sebab susah nak tanggal katenye. Okey kebanyakkan eyeliner yang super duper waterproof tu memang susah nak tanggal walaupun korang guna makeup remover. Ya sy sendiri pernah pakai eyeliner jenis macam tu, susah nak basuh! Tapi Chriszen Gel Eyeliner ni walaupun waterproof and smudgeproof, tapi sekali je guna makeup remover confirm dah tanggal tau! So don't worry sangat k.

Btw, yang tanya macam mana nak pakai eyeliner ni ada berus ke tak? Ni haaa gambar bawah ni sy tunjuk, eyeliner ni memang dah sediakan sekali ngan berus so memudahkan korang lah tak payah beli berus lain.



Selepas guna Chriszen Gel Eyeliner. Tidak berkilat dan paling penting, tiada garis hitam transfer atas kelopak mata.

Maybelline White Superfresh Long Lasting UV Cake Powder

For those who didn't know, recently Maybelline officially launched a new product known as Maybelline White Superfresh Long Lasting UV Cake Powder. Yupp, a new face powder is coming out. Woot! Woot! To be honest, Maybelline is actually my very first makeup product when I first started wearing makeup few years ago and I always love all their products.

Love the design. 

When I first been informed about this new product, I was in shock! I never knew Maybelline is launching a new face product. As soon as I receive this Maybelline White Superfresh Cake Powder, immediately open the packaging and I fall in love with the design (first impression tho). As I open the case, there you go, a high quality good looking mirror in front of me bhahaha! Sounds weird but yeah I love the mirror. It's like you're looking at zoom in HD video or something. I can see my pimple, mole, blackhead clearly!

The good thing about this product is, it can absorb face oil faster than face powder in your local drugstore. When your face becoming too oily, then you should put this product on and immediately you can see there is no oil left as the powder absorb and cover all of it, leave no shininess. No more oily face.


I know some people don't like using a foundation. They're prefer using only a face powder because they feel uncomfortable with a heavy product on their face. But to tell you the truth, face powder itself cannot cover all your face imperfection. However, by using this Maybelline White Superfresh Cake Powder, it can cover almost 85% of your dark spot, dark circle, scars, pimple and others imperfection on your face. 

You can see on the right side, my skin is more smoother than the left side.

Oh did I mention this product contain SPF34++ ??? Yupp! Higher SPF is actually good to protect your skin from UV ray. We usually saw a face product that only contain SPF18 to SPF25. But Maybelline White Superfresh Cake Powder can actually help to protect your skin that exposed to sunlight. (thanks to higher SPF).

3D Beauty Blending Sponge (dupe)

Ramai yang tertanya-tanya mana nak beli blending sponge macam beauty guru kat Youtube tu pakai. Sebenarnya blending sponge ni ada banyak jenis dan ada mempunyai harga yang berbeza mengikut jenis kualiti dan jenama masing-masing. Tak tau mana satu blending sponge? Tengok gambar bawah:



Comel kan? FYI, dulu sy lebih prefer apply foundation menggunakan jari sebab lebih cepat. Tapi kadang-kadang tu leceh jugaklah kena pastikan tangan betul-betul bersih dulu. Tapi sekarang sy lebih suka guna sponge sebab application lebih kemas dan foundation yang disapu lebih sekata berbanding menggunakan jari.

Hujung yang tajam tu memudahkan korang sapu foundation atau concealer di tempat-tempat yang susah nak capai seperti bawah mata, tepi hidung, dan tepi bibir. Kemudian kat bawah yang bulat comel tu memudahkan korang sapu kawasan yang luas seperti dahi dan pipi. Kalau nak sapu bedak muka guna sponge ni pun boleh jugak takde masalah.

Tentang warna, jangan risau sangatlah. Korang guna banyak kali pun warna still cantik dan tak pudar. Cara guna sponge ni, korang basahkan dulu dan perah sebelum apply foundation supaya foundation tu dapat disapu rata ke muka dan sponge ni tak menyerap terlalu banyak foundation lebih dari yang diperlukan.

Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System

Hi everyone welcome back to my blog. Today's entry is about another product review and i'm so excited to show you what the product really is. I know that a lot of you always wanted to have that nice clean white teeth just like in the toothpaste television ads, right? But we all know it is quite expensive and most of us can't afford that. So recently I got a product that can help whiten your teeth, you can do it at home, and the price is wayyyy cheaper than the cost of teeth whitening at your local clinic. The product is Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System.





The box contain 3 different types of products needed for the whitening process:
  • Tartar Control Pre-Whitening Rince
  • Whitening Gel
  • Comfortable Cushioned Mouth Tray

Instruction



How to use it? It's pretty easy. As you can see, they already provide the instruction at the back of the box so it is very convenient. But first I would like to warn you, if you have a severe toothache problem or cavities, i'm not recommend you to use this product as you will feel hurt later in that area, unless you already repaired it then should be no problem. If you didn't, avoid apply the Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening in that particular area, but other than that, you're good to go.


  1. First, brush your teeth like you normally do to remove all the stain that stuck on it.
  2. Pour the Tartar Control Pre-Whitening Rince in a small cup and mix it together with small amount of water. Then rinse out your teeth to ensure it is really clean to ease the whitening process.
  3. Apply the Whitening Gel on the Cushioned Mouth Tray (refer the image above).
  4. Insert the Mouth Tray into your mouth and bite down very gently.
  5. Leave it for about 5-10 minutes. Depending on the condition of your teeth, leave it 15-20 minutes to see the effectiveness. 
  6. Take off the Mouth Tray and rinse your mouth using a clean water.
  7. Repeat the process for 1 or 2 weeks to see the effect.

It's pretty easy, right? You can now whiten your teeth at home! However, you can only see the result after continuation application in 1 or 2 weeks. Compare to the whitening process in your local clinic where it only takes a few minutes to do so but like a mention above, it's quite expensive tho.

The things that I like about Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System:
  • The price is a lot cheaper than whitening in dental clinic.
  • Can do it at home.
  • The process is quite easy.

The things that I don't like about Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System:
  • It took atleast 1 weeks to see the differences.
  • The whitening effect is insignificant compared to whiten your teeth in dental clinic.

    After 3 weeks using Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System.

    From my opinion, the result is not that 100% whiten even after I used it for almost a month but you can still see a different (refer the image above). However, for those who already have they teeth whiten at dental clinic, then I suggest you can use this product to maintain the whiteness of your teeth.

    How I draw My Eyebrows

    Assalamualaikum wbt

    Alhamdulillah now im here with a new video on Youtube. I am so sorry for not upload any video for the past 3 months. The reason why is because currently i'm more focusing on my blog rather than Youtube. And plus, I have so many ideas what to post about when it comes  in blongging, but in Youtube, I don't have a clue at all! *sign. However recently I got so many questions and request on how I do my eyebrows in my instagram account. So finally, here's a new video! It is a simple tutorial and did not require many steps (atleast I thought it's very easy to do), the final look is subtle and did not look too dramatic at all. Cause I notice some people do draw their eyebrows like 'Cruella' which is a big no no and ofcourse, look weird. pfffttt. So if you want to know how I do my eyebrows, watch the video down below.

Kepada mereka yang mempunyai masalah kulit wajah seperti jerawat, tompok hitam, parut, kedut atau tanda-tanda penuaan, boleh lah cuba product ni. Untuk pengetahuan korang, product Secret Key Starting Treatment ni hampir sama dengan product SKII. Tapi ramai yang tak mampu beli sebab harga yang mahal. So kalau korang nak jugak pakai product seperti SKII, boleh try Secret Key Starting Treatment ni sebab product ni jauh lebih murah.




    Seperti yang korang nampak di atas, sy dapat dalam bentuk facial mask untuk tujuan review ni. Tapi kalau korang betul-betul nak cuba, boleh beli dalam bentuk botol 150ml. Banyak tu, harga pun berbaloi tak mahal sangat.

    Ok ni nak cerita sket pasal facial mask ni. Bila pakai tu, tak rasa melekit, sebab sesetengah facial mask bila kita pakai tu rasa tak selesa sebab melekit-lekit. Yang ni tak, so jangan risau sangat lah. Bau pun wangi. Sy pakai selama 20-30 minit, biar product ni betul-betul serap pada kulit. Rugilah kalau pakai kejap je, kan?     Last month I got several types of face mask (which you girls know that I love face mask, makes me feel relax), and one of it is Beauty Friends Snail Essence Mask. To be honest I've never try any product from snail essence before so this is my first time using it, at first I have this 'grotesque' feeling. I was imagined the slime, put it on your face and ewww~ But then I've been thinking why snail? What is the benefits? As I was scrolling down on Google, I found out snail face treatment is actually very popular in Japan. Because of the slime, it can actually help moisturize your skin face and make it look younger.

    Okay back to the snail essence mask, as I opened the pack, it is actually smells really good! Then you start forgot about the disgusting looking snail slime haha. The mask is a bit thicker than the usual mask that I've tried before. Before apply it on my face, I prefer to put it in a fridge within 15 to 20 minutes so that when I apply it, my face feel refresh and relax. I wear this facial mask for 30 minutes, took it off and gently massage my face using a tip of my finger all over the face just to ensure my skin is really absorb the product. Then leave it for about 10 minutes, and rinse my face to remove any extra product left on the face.

    How To Get a Sexy Look With Make up

    Well today's post is dedicated to all Hijabers out there! As a Muslim, we all know that wearing hijab is compulsory. Since we were a child, our parents taught us to cover our precious hair.     'What happen if my friends found out?' 
    'What will they do if they saw me wearing hijab?' 
    'People know me for having a nice red hair, but why so sudden?' 
    'OMG I won't be able to show off my hair ever again!' 
    'Ah I could not taking care of my hair like I usually do'

    Those questions get in my head over and over, and thing that i'm worry the most is that my hair will be damage because of the heat, sweat, and untidiness (because it have to be cover with hijab most of the time).     This or That (Beauty Tag)

    Few days ago, I watched a beauty tag done by some of makeup guru in Youtube and I can see that they're having a lot of fun doing it so today I decided to join and post it here with you girls. It is same like '20 Facts About Me Tag' but this one is more to beauty stuff and you have to choose which (this or that) products or things that you prefer and why. Pretty easy, right? So let's start.


    • Blusher or Bronzer: Bronzer. Wanted to turn down my puffy cheek.
    • Lipgloss or Lipstick: Lipstick. Lipgloss sometimes can be too glossy.
    • Eyeliner or Mascara: Eyeliner is a must! Help my eyes look bigger.
    • Foundation or Concealer: Foundation is all I need.
    • Neutral or Colour Eyeshadow: Neutral is suitable for all kinds of look.
    • Pressed or Loose Eyeshadow: Pressed. Loose eyeshadow tend to have more fallout.
    • Brushes or Sponges: Brushes. I only use sponge for foundation application.


    • Perfume on wrist and neck or Whole shirt: Whole shirt. Smells nice and satisfaction haha!
    • Lotion or Body Butter: Lotion. Always lotion.
    • Soap or No Soap: Soap lah ofcourse! I know some people take a shower without apply any of it, kan? Geez. Weird.

    • Long or Short Sleeve: Long. I can't wear short sleeve. I have a fat hand haha
    • Dresses or Skirt: Dress should be nice.
    • Stripes or Plaid: Stripes. Doesn't it looks weird with plaid design??
    • Flip Flop or Sandals: Sandals lah more sempoi haha!
    • Scarves or Hats: Scarves as my hijab :P
    • Studs or Dangly Earrings: Dangly earring. Gosh I always love em! Looks elegant.
    • Necklaces or Bracelets: Bracelets. Hijab will covered the necklaces sometimes.
    • Heels or Flats: Heels. Because i'm only 153cm short.
    • Normal Sneakers or Platform Sneaker: Platform Sneakers. I need those extra height!

    • Curly or Straight: Originally straight but I always wanted those nice curly hair.
    • Bun or Ponytail: Ponytail. Bun looks like auntie wa haha!
    • Hairspray or Gel: Hairspray. Gel tend to make me sweaty.
    • Bobby pins or Design Clips: Bobby pins. Simple.
    • Long or Short hair: Long hair looks nice on female. But sometimes whenever I saw a male with long hair, I think it is so sexy bhahaha!
    • Light or Dark: Dark. We are Asian mah. We have naturally dark hair.
    • Side Sweep Bangs or Full Bangs: Side Sweep Bangs. Gorgeous!
    • Up or Down: If my hair is short, I'll comb upward. 
    • Rain or Shine: Shine. You can't do anything if it's raining!
    • Chocolate or Vanilla: Never say no to Chocolate!
    • Coke or Pepsi: Coke! For some reason, pepsi tasted weird.
    • Loner or Friendly: Friendly. But if i'm surrounded by weirdo, i prefer to become a loner.
    • Walk or Run: Walk. Somehow, running is very troublesome haha!

    Did you guys ever heard about a website called Colours Cosmetics? I believe i've already post regarding their website here in my blog. Just in case you missed it, go and read it here. Colours Cosmetics actually sells a lot of international beauty products. If you go and checkout their website, you might be able to find your favourite makeup products; lipstick, blusher, eyeshadow, makeup brush, and more! Oh speaking of brush, they also have their own brand makeup brushes and today (30 September 2014) a new brush is finally launched! It is called CCM Flat Top Foundation Brush.



    When I first receive this product, the first thing that came out of my mind was a Sigma F80 brush. But this one is a short handled version. It is so cute and so small, almost like a size of my palm. The thing that I like about a small brush like CCM Flat Top Foundation Brush, it is travel friendly and it perfectly fit my small travel makeup bag. Some of you probably already knew about this but I travel back and forth KL to Sabah every one or two months so this kind of size is really convenient for me. I can just put it in my small makeup bag and ready to go! So easy, right? Other than that, for some reason, personally I feel it is a lot easier to apply my makeup using a short handled makeup brush. More easy to handle compare a long one.

    From the images provided, you can see it is obviously a flat brush. Non like any other flat foundation brush that I own, this one came out with a densely packed brush, and help you blend the foundation smoothly and evenly on your face. CCM Flat Top Foundation Brush actually made for foundation application. You can apply a liquid or even a powder foundation using this brush. However, few days ago, somehow I forgot to bring all my makeup brushes with me except this CCM Flat Top Foundation Brush. So what did I do was, I applied foundation, face powder, and bronzer, using this same brush haha! And hey, it works just fine. Oh for those who wondering, this product is a synthetic brush and 100% cruelty-free. So do not worry as it is suitable for vegans and Muslims.




    Instead of powder foundation, I tried and tested a cream foundation and it blends perfectly.

    I always got excited everytime the delivery man came with my items in front of my door. As I opened the parcel, I got super duper excited and I can't wait to try on the new items that I got recently from Luxola.     Since I was younger, I always wanted to have that perfect slimmer V-shape face but in the same time I knew it is impossible because I am getting more and more chubbier due to consumed too much of a fast food then my face tend to become plump and rounder everyday, every year. haha!     From here, I feel the burning sensation around my chin, but not that extremely hot lah. It just burning your fat away haha! It is because of that Lasertox V-line Shape Up Sheet that I applied earlier. After 40 minutes, I took off the belt, and the sheet together.

    But that's not all, don't forget about the third product which is Lasertox V-line Shape Up Cream. I apply and massage it all over my chin and jawline area. It will reduce the burning sensation that I felt earlier, and also help to smoothen the skin.

    New Blog Template

    Assalamualaikum wbt

    As you can see, my blog template has changed for about a week now. Alhamdulillah finally. It might be not as beautiful as other's blog but still, I am satisfied as it is now compare to my old template. Well actually, I messed up with all the codes, html, or whatever you called it. Designing blog is actually my weaknesses and I don't have any idea what was I doing back then and messing up with all the codes, and my blog looked messy all over.

    Then I was looking through Google, searching for anyone who provide a service of designing a blog. Now sure whether you're noticed or not but I did posted in my instagram and facebok page about it. Luckily someone dropped a comment and gives a few suggestion, a person that they knew who can help me. And alhamdulillah I contacted Kak Su.

    As you can see here, I wanted to have a pink vintage kind of concept and theme. So I send a pictures as an example and guideline to Kak Su so it is a lot easier for her to design my blog just by referring the pictures given. So she only took 1 day to re-edit my blog. Yes, 1 day. We agreed everything on that night, and the next day, it is all settled! Oh about the payment, you only have to pay Rm50 for the whole design and she will give a free watermark.

    So yeah I can say that I am pretty excited and happy to see my current new blog template. I am not quite sure this design is gonna stay for how long because I constantly changing my mind.     Makeup Products that You Must Have (for newbies)

    Assalamualaikum wbt

    Hi everyone thanks for dropping by to my blog. So as I was checking on my comment box, I found a request send by Camy Alya on 'must have makeup items' for newbies.


    First of all, thank you Camy Alya for sending me a request here in my blog. I appreciated that. So for those people who not really familiarize with all those beauty products, but you still wanted to try or buy a makeup product but not really sure which items is important, and which items you must have, I am here to help you out! I am not going to talk about a specific makeup brand, I'm just going to point it out the makeup products that you MUST have, and to help you familiarize with the products to achieve a beautiful look whenever you go out.

    The first product that you must have is a Foundation.

    There are 4 types of foundation:
    - Liquid Foundation
    - Cream Foundation
    - Stick Foundation
    - Powder Foundation

    For newbies, I suggest use a foundation that suitable with your skintone colour. Do not use too light or too dark foundation. One shade lighter than your skintone is quite okay but avoid using way too bright for your skintone. You don't wanna look like a clown in front of your friends. So again, pick the right shade!     The purposes of using foundation is to even out your skintone. You know, some people have uneven skin colour going on especially around their face. You can also cover any imperfection such as pimple, scars, dark circle, redness, and so on. So use foundation to make it look flawless.


    Second must have makeup product, Concealer.

    Same like foundation, concealer also made to cover your imperfection on your face. But, compare to foundation, concealer can gives a high coverage which it can cover almost everything on your face IF you choose the best quality one.


    Third product, Face Powder

    There are 2 types of face powder:
    - Compact Powder (refer the picture above)
    - Loose Powder

    Alright I bet all of you atleast have face powder, right? Even my mom applied face powder before going out hehe. Face powder is a MUST! After apply foundation or concealer, you must apply face powder to set both the foundation and concealer so it doesn't fade away in the middle of the day. With the help of face powder, it can also gives your face an extra smooth and flawless. Looking like a princess haha!


    Eyebrow Pencil / Eyebrow Gel / Eyebrow Powder


    There are few eyebrow products that you can use for your brows. Eyebrow pencil, eyebrow gel, or eyebrow powder. All of it can help redefine your eyebrow since it is the highest point of your face, and you wanna make sure it look nice and neat. If your natural hair is blackest black, fine eyebrow pencil that one or two shade lighter. But if your hair is light, find something that one or two shade darker.

    Must have makeup product, Eyeliner.

    Newbie's worst enemy haha! I got so many comments here in my blog about they can't applied eyeliner smoothly and evenly. For newbies, I suggest first learn using a pencil eyeliner because it is easier to control plus, it is hard to get messy with eyebrow pencil. Practice make perfect. When you think you're okay with it, then change to liquid eyeliner. Slowly you're about becoming a pro in applying eyeliner using the liquid one. ngeh!


    The next must have makeup product, Lash curler.

    Lash curler. Obviously it is for curling your eyelash before apply a mascara. For those who already have 100% natural curly eyelash, congratz! You can skip this part (i'm jealous). Eyelash can actually make a big different on your face. You can compare yourself before and after curling the eyelash, and curly eyelash tend to make your face look awake and fresh. So yes, lash curler is a must! 


    Mascara

    After you're done curling your lashes, you have to apply some mascara on it. Mascara can help to maintain the curl, and also make your eyelash appear longer and thicker. Don't believe me? Go try yourself :)


    The last must have makeup product for newbies, Lipstick / Lipgloss / Lipbalm.

    It is all up to you which products that you prefer. Lipstick, lipgloss, or lipbalm. But lipbalm usually have no colours. Which means, it looks more natural compare to lipstick but still helping to moisturize your lips, and prevent the dry crack lips. To add more colour on your face, you can always apply maybe a pinkish lip product to avoid your face from looking too pale. Play with colours! Don't be afraid. Experimenting with different colours to see the best result on you.

    Well I guess that is all for now. It is a very simple tips and ideas on what product you must have especially for newbies. If you then are comfortable enough using all the products listed above, you can start step by step use a different products such as eyeshadow, bronzer, blusher, and more!     Makeup For Oily Skin

    Ok another request from de'chocoLayte.


    She was actually request a makeup tutorial but unfortunately there's some problem that cannot be avoided so I'm just going to post a simple tips about a makeup for oily skins. Hope that's okay. Talk about oily and greasy skin, if you girls have a serious problem of oily skin, you might wanna look for the right products for your face. Wrong choices of face products or makeup can cause extra greasy on your face. Below are some easy steps for you on how to apply makeup for oily face:

    1. Make sure your face is clean before apply any makeup products. Use a facial cleanser that suitable with your skin condition. It is better if you use cleanser that says 'oil-control' on it, which it can help wash off the oil on your face. Wait for a few minutes, then you can start apply your makeup on.
    2. For oily skin, it is best for you to choose a powder foundation instead of liquid foundation because it can absorb more oil. Avoid apply to much foundation on your face where it can cause creasing and it will not look even. You don't wanna go outside with uneven foundation on your face.
    3. After foundation, use a matte pressed powder. It is exclusively made for oily skin. Simply press the powder on your face using a makeup sponge or you can use face powder brush. It is very important to apply face powder to set the foundation that you used earlier. If you skip this step, your foundation not going to stay long enough throughout the day.
    4. If you wish to apply an eyeshadow, first make sure you apply eye primer on your lid. The purposes is to prevent your eyeshadow from creasing so it will stays beautifully all day long, and ofcourse help the colours to pop out more and gives contrast to it.
    5. For oily face, if you want to apply eyeliner (liquid, gel, or pencil eyeliner), you might want to apply a little bit of eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner that you applied to lock it from smudging.
    6. If you want to add some colours on your face, you can always add a blusher on your cheek. But here's the tips; avoid using cream or liquid blusher because it will show the shininess on your cheek and if you have the serious oily face problem, you might wanna avoid that kind of look. 
    7. Avoid using a product that contain alcohol as it will cause your face to produce more oil onto the skin.
    8. Last one, it is best for you to always bring face powder, and oil-blotting papers along with you whenever you go out. 3 to 4 hours later, your face will become oily again so you can remove it by applying face powder, or just swipe it off using the blotting paper to help it absorb your face  oil. And after that, you're good to go.
